We sent out a comment about pricing needed for drawing revisions when we "Published & Notified" a drawing set. A few days later we needed record of sending that out as well as who it went out to and couldn't access that information. I think this should be standard for any comments-notes made within ANY module. All correspondence is important throughout a project and we should have access to all correspondences no matter what module is used.
