Goal: Being able to have a list of crew populate from the day prior or add/remove crew and assign cost codes and hours on the daily report for each person. Report would then have an approver that it would fall into their BIC to approve/deny/edit the hours. Once approved, it would work through the Spectrum software. This would be helpful for foreman who submit times for his crew, be approved by their superintendent/PM, and then sent on through the coordinator/payroll for processing.
