Can you create a mechanism to copy drawings (and other documents) from one project to another OR
Create the ability to rollover a project from one job to a new Vista job number.
We are currently using TEAM to track "BID" and drawing packages within the bid. We manually create a project number to match the bid number created in Vista.
We would like to be able to copy or rollover these BID drawings packages into the new construction job number once a bid is awarded, to start as our IFC drawings. We currently need to download the drawings then re-upload the drawings sets.

In addition to standard folders and documents we would need to import common preconstruction issues and forms that need to be assigned to the appropriate contacts.

This would be very helpful as starting off a project can be very time consuming and the process often gets stopped before everything is set up. It would be so much better if we could just copy a template of everything we need.

Hello-
We would also like this option to have standard folders/documents in the documents section to be able to be copied to new project so they don't have to be manually uploaded every time a new project is brought in.
