Currently there is no way to add or arrange columns in Forms. Adding the ability to view a Field within the forms and sort by it would be very helpful. For example, the View has a "Created Date" and "Modified Date" but neither of these are the "Date" field filled out in the Form.
In order to correct this we have to put a date (Manually) in the "Details" field and sort by that. A cumbersome workaround.
