Create the ability to unpublish a drawing set

Currently the only way to eliminate a drawing set is to completely delete the drawings that are in them. Being able to publish and then unpublish a drawing set without deleting the set out would be very helpful for changes that go through multiple edits or get reject, but we still want a record that they were there at one point. Ideally, TEAM would use the dates to slip the sheets in the right order when they are published/unpublished

    This is definitely a must!

When things need to be changed, etc. it is a nightmare to delete, etc. Unpublish would be good.
