We are utilizing the Issues in Team for the Architect's ASI/Bulletins/CD etc that we would need to distribute for pricing. From that issue we will then create the resulting PM PCO. It would be a huge benefit to have the attachments flow through to Vista so they could be copied to the PCO as created instead of downloading, saving, and re-attaching to the PCO. Same for RFI's that will become change orders. . .
