We have setup the subscription feature for many folders for many users, however, we still have some users "claiming" they never received the notification and that we didn't make them aware of new files being added.
Customers need access to the audit log within Team so we can show them that yes in fact they were sent or no they weren't sent (thus creating a support ticket).
We could also use this much needed feature in Submittals and RFIs to Prove they were sent the notification. The pdf history only shows if they viewed it but not if they were sent it. Even more so for Drawings.

Need some sort of record of communication for all modules. Especially important when sharing documents, document folders and commenting the purpose. Need record of who the shared item was sent to!
