Why do I need to create a different password (not that I do) for each aspect of Viewpoint? If I have a Viewpoint login that should get me into everything. Instead I'm asked for a login and password for Spectrum, Team, Customer Portal, Suggestion Box...it's a bit silly.

Great suggestion! If your IT department uses Azure Active Directory to manage your Windows login you actually can log into both Team and Spectrum with your Microsoft account and forget those extra passwords. If you're not sure you can ask your IT department to look at the instructions here.
We're working on getting the Customer Portal integrated to this ID as well. No promises on Suggestion Box for now since it's a 3rd-party tool but I get what you mean!
