Currently it is required to click "SAVE" after each piece of equipment is added in the daily log. The user must then click "EDIT" in order to add additional equipment, line by line.
Once the equipment designation box is triggered, another entry box below should appear and be ready for entry. If the next box is left unfilled, then it would not carry an entry for that line.
