You can create a markup on a drawing and then "link" that markup back to an RFI. However, if you simply "attach" a drawing to an RFI it would be nice to show those linkages on the drawing perhaps in a list in a fixed space. This would be needed let's say when there is a general question on a drawings not related to a specific location and save the work of creating an arbitrary markup and linking the RFI. When you viewed the drawing this would ensure that you see their are related items just not specifically marked up.
