Accidentally, someone on one of our project's activated Copy Previous,,,which is easy to do since icons to add work item and copy previous are very close together. Daily Log History was unable to identify that it occurred or who did it.
Daily Log History needs to be more effective and specific and should at least document any action made in a log to identify activity and person conducting the activity.
