When I view or print a completed form, I'd like to see the option to have our logo on it. Also, I'd like to have the option to show the 'Information' fields from the Form Template to print as well. I get that you do not show them by default to save space, but the option to print the info fields would put the form answers in context.

I completely agree! We want our Logo on everything we may send out, and the "Information" field seems to be the only way to put it there. Unfortunately, it doesn't show up when printing it. ???
