We have to reference a contract number on almost any documentation that goes out. There is currently nowhere in Team to input this information in the Project (our Project ID is not the contract #). We have a custom UD field in Vista to enter contract numbers, so this could either import with the project, or just be a field we can enter in Team. I cannot get the info on the Submittals / RFIs without downloading, editing, etc. It should be a mergefield option so we can put it on the documents going out.
