Risk management is one of the most important task of project management. From the development stages to close-out of a project these need to be followed and actions taken. These risks can impact both budget and schedule. The addition of a risk register to Teams would be extremely helpful. This would provide a single project risk repository for all project team members to access and input risks for tracking. This can also be tied into the financial function of Viewpoint to provide potential budget exposures.
