My inbox is literally bombarded with emails from Viewpoint. I receive multiple notification regarding the same action taken on the same item by the same person. I currently have two projects in Viewpoint and it is just too much. Honestly, I ignore the majority of them. I check the project page every couple of days, but I have told the GC to remind me if something is coming due that could hold them up. This sort of negates one of the most important tools of online project management. I have considered rewriting our specification to exclude project management platforms that do not allow user setting of notifications .
PS. I have asked multiple times for the settings to be adjusted and either they were not able to figure out how to adjust the them or haven't had the time to do so.
