We use a cloud base service currently and are switching to VPT. In the other platform we are able to create a main folder that is just a folder and then create the job folders within it. For example the main folder would be 2019 projects and within that folder we would have all of our project folders with the documents and other items needed for that job. We then invite our field team to the project file they are on. This allows us to keep the main project folder list short and to go to a specific year for the job folders. Can this be considered here? It really helps limit the searching for projects when they are grouped by year. When clicking the blue arrow it could be an additional option to "Create Main Folder" and then inside that main folder the ability to create "New Project". This could also open the door to admin being able to move a project to a main folder.
