It would be beneficial to be able to store emails from Outlook in a Documents file for record keeping.

As well as being able to download contacts from Viewpoint Team to Outlook..similar to Procore.

To be able to link emails into Viewpoint will be invaluable to Advanced Roofing Ltd - although the need to search for these emails is necessary - can there be a search option?

Currently we keep our job files on our servers. We use Access to manage and search these files. We would like to start using Team to store, manage and search all aspects of our Job Files. We currently drag emails into correspondence folder because, many times, the body has information as important as the attachment.
