Now that we have multiple projects in TEAM and have the same Subcontractors and Consultants working on these projects, it would be VERY helpful to include the PROJECT NAME in the Subject Line: Project Name - RFI 10 - Title would be great for sorting by Project etc.

We are going to implement this suggestion but it's unlikely to be included in the upcoming 2.4 release, but it will be in the end of May release (2.5).
I just came from showing our larger Architect firm users TEAM and their #1 request was to see the Project Name in the Subject. These consultants have 3 projects they will be working on in TEAM alone so Submittals and RFIs will get very confusing.
Project number might be a nice option as well (as would client project reference) - maybe an option to click which of these (Number, name, client reference) you want in the e-mail subject line. But definitely an important feature even if just the project name.
