Project list is ordered by most recent project, would be nice if this could be ordered alphabetical or if we could choose to how to sort them

We plan to sort alphabetically soon and later add the ability to mark some projects as "favorite" that will appear at the top of the list. I like the idea of marking some as "old".

Sort options would be good, add Project number too as this is how we typically sort jobs. Also option to omit from list for older jobs by admin.

The current sort logic on the home page is by the total number of items assigned to a user, which could be the most recent project, but that will vary by user.
