We have an architect that is requesting the ability to create his own folders without us having to create them for him. Without giving him the complete access it would be nice to have the ability to somehow give him the ability to create folders without giving him full control.

Do you see this as anyone who is allowed to upload to a folder should be able to create sub folders. Or would you want this to be an explicit additional permission?
