Copy contacts from one Team Project to Another

Sometimes we have multiple projects from the same owner, and we are using the same architect, same subcontractors and same internal project management people.  It would be handy if we could push a button and invite everyone who is on Project A to Project B.

  Is this still in the planning stage.  This really is needed to be able to transfer same contacts from one project to another.

  The internal management would be great on this.  We have specific document folders that certain internal employees always need access to.  (i.e. Risk Management needs access to the Contract folder)  Currently we have one person creating all projects so we can manually assign users correctly.  It would be great if we could copy contacts/securities from our default project to others.
