It would be helpful if, like with the Submittals and RFI register, a user can customize the columns. We would always want the Version to be closer to the file name in case it's off to the right.

Mercedes, if I am understanding you correctly, you can use Column Configuration under the wrench dropdown upper right of screen to move columns as you see fit in both RFI and Sbmtl Registers.
