A tool similar to Yammer or other chat/conversation thread type solutions would give teams a place to have ongoing discussions, outside of long e-mail chains. Often these discussions don't need to be labelled as issues, don't need a responsible party, etc, but need easy access to the conversation for team members (and new team members can easily catch up on the history). Integration to the mobile app would be critical, and some form of e-mail integration (at least on creation of a new conversation or by manual prompt to e-mail) would be beneficial as well. Public vs private function would be good.
