Is there a way we can opt for the screen NOT to time out?? Very annoying when you get sidetracked on another task and your screen has timed out. Especially in the middle of an RFI where you have already entered text but it does not save.

We bumped up the log out for inactivity to 60 minutes and are pursuing additional solutions -better auto-save and custom configuration for example. Marking this as shipped.

Aaron, users are losing work due to this timeout. I have lost count how many complaints I receive on this item as well as the number of times people have lost what they were working on while reviewing a submittal / writing an RFI that required long thought processes..

A configurable option would be ideal. that way our office staff can stay logged in when they are using it on and off every time, while allowing the field staff to have a smaller time out due to security concerns.

The reason for the timeout is for security best practices. We have been thinking that making this a configurable setting up to 4 hours would be a reasonable first step. Thoughts?
