We have some Submittals or RFIs that are not being responded to or the user never got the email. We could like to be able to Re-Issue (ie resend the email to the Submitter) or Re-Send for approval (ie resend the email to the approver) or any state that an email is sent out again.

Could you achieve this by closing the Sbmtl or RFI and then reopening it in the desired state?
