In Vista, when creating an Issue we can select a Initiated By Firm/Contact (since we are entering the Issues on behalf of as a Construction Management company). There is also a Responsible Person then a Distribution tab to enter who gets sent the Issue.
In TEAM, there is a Responsible Person, Assigned To and CC but NO Initiated By. The integration into Vista is using the "Author" of the Issue to integrate into this field. The author of an issue in TEAM cannot be changed so when we have Field Engineers entering these on "behalf of" we also have to change all of these fields manually when they get integrated into Vista.
Vista and TEAM fields should be the same.
