1.11 update had updates to reminder notifications that should address issues
THIS has become critical now. We have been getting bogus late notifications of closed items since the notifications were reactivated. Now, even after turning notifications off on Projects, we are still getting the late notifications, valid and bogus ones. So are the vendors and Engineers. This has been going on for months now! HELP!!!!
There still seems to be no coming due or late notifications going out via email. I tried resetting notification days and setting up new submittal in test job. We will see if I get notification tomorrow am
Our apologies on the delay. This has been escalated and is actively being investigated by engineering.
Any update on this? Stil no email notifications.
