Would like to see enhanced performance when loading data and moving from one menu item to another. Also, there is a lag when saving and sending that seems excessive.

We've made drastic performance improvements to the system over the last 6 months. I'm going to close this 'general' issue out as overall performance is pretty reliable. If there are specific areas of performance concerns, please open a suggestion (or support ticket) for the more specific areas.

We have made some significant improvements to performance focused on the register and item detail load time. Areas of focus currently are log in time, saving/sending and Invitations. We will release these improvements as they are ready and you can expect improvements through October.

Hi all - We are actively working on this as our highest priority. We're expecting to be releasing improvements as we make them and we will communicate them through this thread. Once we feel we have addressed the majority of the slowness we will put a product banner out communicating to all users.

Yes, this is biggest complaint from our Project Teams. We have fiber connection and still lags.

Agree. Sometimes I am waiting 15-20 seconds while the icon spins around. Ive experienced this during training and had users question performance.
