Allow delete or deactivation of user to help maintain Global address book

Once a user is invited to TEAM we cannot delete or otherwise deactivate them. In the case where we have made a mistake or a person leaves a company or a sub goes out of business we need a way to delete or deactivate the user and have the change flow all the way up to the Global Address book.

    Definitely needed ASAP! Delete users is a given in most every other program. Also allow us to hide former employees so we're not looking at a list that could mostly inactive employees in a few years.

    I don't really care if I delete or deactivate them, but I do want to disable their ability to login to Team and access any projects.  Once I have done so, I'd like them to disappear from my user list to clear the clutter.
