5.5 years later and nothing new for forms. Forms really need some love. As it is now with how limited the options are, we hardly use them. Please add some more functionality to forms so they become useful.
5 years old and still not even in development yet.
Autodesk Construction Cloud offers a Meetings module/feature within their "Build" platform...yet Viewpoint/Team either can't or won't within theirs. Doesn't make any sense to me. The least Viewpoint could do is respond/update us on if or when they are going to roll it out. Our teams are using everything from MS One Note, Word, Vista (it's awful, BTW), Excel to formalize meeting agenda/minutes.

This would be extremely helpful! It would be nice for it to be in a similar format to the daily logs, perhaps even included in that tab. Would love to have options for Attendance, Review of In Progress Items, Subcontractors coming on site with their insurance, contract, and training progress, as well as some customizable fields. Forms has some capabilities but not all we are looking for. For example, being able to copy the report from week to week for easy review.

This is one main thing that Procore has that Vista Teams doesn't. When do you plan to implement this change?
Yes this is absolutely needed and would be a huge time-saver.
We need this! Procore does it well and need to not only enter minutes, but the assignees need to see their tasks in Teams as well.
This would be such a help to any project utilizing team. minutes are centrally stored, standardized formatting, setting due dates, open/closed status, ball-in-court, adding attachments. Also great for record keeping and easy distribution. This text box is a great start. Just open a module that I can add a bunch of these in succession and you're half way there. open to pilot just shoot me an email.
Please prioritize completing and rolling out the Meeting Agenda/Minute module/capability asap. Meeting Minutes are a critical tool for documenting, keeping track of communicating project requirements and activity throughout the duration of a projects construction phase.
Cloning of previous meeting minutes to modify for use as next meeting's agenda is a feature that I have not found available in any other product out there. Would be an instant sell for a Meeting Documenting Module.

It would helpful if the standardized format accepts many of the Word functions per the attachment.
Please prioritize. The current system is cumbersome and frustrating, our people are not using it. This has a negative effect on the productivity and efficiency of our company. A good, user friendly, format for producing and managing meeting agendas and minutes would be a great improvement to your product and appreciated very much.
